I last did use a floppydisk in 2006.. it was an attempt to acces old data from long long ago.

I did last use a casette for data in 1994 before I got windows 95... on the commendore 64,
I did last play music from a casette in 1999 when I got a diskman and my new sterio had no longer a casette player.
that last casette was of the band pater moeskroen..
I last played a LP in 1996., it was christmas record of the damrakkertjes
I last played a music cd in 2002, perfect time by moya brennan..
I last played a movie vhs at my parents home .. in 1996.. it was a recording of star trek voyager recorded from tv.
I last played a movie from dvd in 2018, it was gran hotel (a spanish series on dvd collection)
I last played a blue ray -> never.. these things are hard to find, basicly by the time they came around rental stores were dead..
when did I last read a fysical book, today if schoolbooks and partial ones count.. but if we exclude such schoolbooks as well as comics and only consider proper books..

I last used a rotary phone in 2011, my since than decieced neighbour asked for some help (se was getting senile) calling her bank.. had not used a rotary phone before that since like 1992... but discovered one could not "press x" with a rotary phone.

factual that was that moment. my own landline phone always had been a voip.. so no internet no phone.. landline phones have been discontinued now so voip is now the only way anyway.

I mean civ 1 came out on floppy only and civ 2 came out in 1996;) still if bought at release 29 years ago...
still thats a long time ago to never have bought fysical games agin.. since I kept buying fysical well after steam started being added as drm to fysical games in 2008.. resistiting until 2012 when fysical pc games basicly were no longer sold without the hated steam drm.

not data collecting.. at all.. just a 43 sometimes melancholic dude about how much society has changed over that 40 years and how many kids not even KNOW or ever used the things that are so integral part of my childhood and teens.
