for me...

I last wrote down something by hand 3 weeks ago
it was somebody's adres

I did last buy groceries with cash just this week.
(it was some meat, vegetables, bottled water, bread and cheese)

last fysical store also this week
supermarket

I last did use a floppydisk in 2006.. it was an attempt to acces old data from long long ago.
old wordperfect files

I did last use a casette for data in 1994 before I got windows 95... on the commendore 64,
I did last play music from a casette in 1999 when I got a diskman and my new sterio had no longer a casette player.
that last casette was of the band pater moeskroen..

I last played a LP in 1996., it was christmas record of the damrakkertjes

I last played a music cd in 2002, perfect time by moya brennan..

I last played a movie vhs at my parents home .. in 1996.. it was a recording of star trek voyager recorded from tv.

I last played a movie from dvd in 2018, it was gran hotel (a spanish series on dvd collection)

I last played a blue ray -> never.. these things are hard to find, basicly by the time they came around rental stores were dead..

when did I last read a fysical book, today if schoolbooks and partial ones count.. but if we exclude such schoolbooks as well as comics and only consider proper books..
than likely last book finished was 2 months ago,

completed? a month ago orso. sumer and the sumerians..

last mechanical harddrive.. I still use one.. i last used it to download files with sharaezaa on.

I last used a rotary phone in 2011, my since than decieced neighbour asked for some help (se was getting senile) calling her bank.. had not used a rotary phone before that since like 1992... but discovered one could not "press x" with a rotary phone.

last time using a landline :
factual that was that moment. my own landline phone always had been a voip.. so no internet no phone.. landline phones have been discontinued now so voip is now the only way anyway.
this landline voip I last used 2 days ago>

last use of a phonecell 2015 schiphol airport.. to let know my than gf I would be departing.
(cellphone was off at the airport)

last boardgame played... last newyearseve name : ticket to ride.

last discontinued food item : 2024 vitaday from coolbest
other sorely missed items :
2018 fortuin ijsbonbons
2014 yomild drink
2014 de ruiter anijsmelkblokjes
Is that a job interview?
what is this a citizenship exam
Well let's see...

Wrote a check just this morning.

Paid a toll road toll with cash ten days ago.

Bought groceries in the store this morning.

Floppy disk about thirty years ago, playing a game.

Played a cassette tape about ten months ago, Alone Again Naturally by Andy Williams.

Played an LP about twenty years ago, Out of the Blue by ELO.

Played several Rush CD's just the other day.

Watched VHS tape of Bladerunner last year.

Watched DVD of Bladerunner 2049 last year.

Never watched a blue ray disc.

Floppy disk game thirty years ago.

CD Rom game about 30 years ago, one of the Civ games.

I read physical books every week, currently just finished The Waiting by Michael Connelly.

Mechanical hard drive several computers ago, probably about twenty five years ago.

Last rotary phone call was about thirty years ago, no idea who it was.

Used a cell phone(not mine) this morning to reschedule an appointment.

Played Monopoly board game with family a few years ago.

Last discontinued food item would be a brand of foldable burrito shells last year.
This is a trap.

I mean civ 1 came out on floppy only and civ 2 came out in 1996;) still if bought at release 29 years ago...
still thats a long time ago to never have bought fysical games agin.. since I kept buying fysical well after steam started being added as drm to fysical games in 2008.. resistiting until 2012 when fysical pc games basicly were no longer sold without the hated steam drm.

Also, its 'physical', not 'fysical'. Russian bot much?

not data collecting.. at all.. just a 43 sometimes melancholic dude about how much society has changed over that 40 years and how many kids not even KNOW or ever used the things that are so integral part of my childhood and teens.

in dutch my native tongue it's fysiek
may explain the spelling error in english I occationally make.
