Useless ppl on OT
I gotta say, Valve, plz ban the trolls who do not contribute to anything valuable but are only here to spread filth, propaganda and lies. Yes, if you are one of those plz abandon this forum for good, we do not want you here, many including me. Sure, i may have been trolling once or twice but, well yknow, learn to contribute good stuff as well, otherwise you are worthless.

There *is* a lot of crud as well as potentially dangerous propaganda/dis/mis info on these forums but who gets to decide what is tolerable and what is not?

Only they can do this, not some poor underpaid moderator who is just following the given ruleset.

Ain't no such thing as a dangerous idea. An idea ain't going to jump out of somebody's head and stab you in the back. Only dangerous people with bad judgement. Not much can be done about them though.

Permanent forum bans and IP bans would be my thought (despite VPN).

There also are other identifying markers that give the true identity away.

Unless one takes very atypical steps- the likes of which the trolls here are highly unlikely to take- merely switching IPs will be moot.
