..Then I'd say no and control the weather instead, it'd be far more useful and most animals have nothing of value to say, trust me, I've spoken to narwhals, polar bears and even the scum of the Earth; penguins.

As cool as it'd be to control the weather, I'd much prefer to communicate with animals. Aside from being able to converse with my own doggos, I think it'd be quite fascinating to hear tales from the wildlife.
