I think a lot of it is the government's fault.

It A. Allows private data collection by companies and selling it for profit.

Which B. means companies profit off ghost job listings. Where they take and sell your data, but theres actually no job. And the government does not go after companies for ghost jobs.

And C. They do mass migration any time we get an economy that favors the worker over the employer so unions can't really exist, like they did in the past.

I also tend to the governments fault. If someone wants to work and can't, then the government has broken its promise.

Well things keep getting automated and Ai is taking jobs, Computers can do stuff that would require a few people to do before they became so accessible.

Dunno who to blame, it's just a number of things.

Never EVER rely on the government because people get into office with different ideologies that can and will disrupt the system. Unless you desperately need help. I get it. But we have a generation or three of Americans, able bodied Americans, who have been on the government dole for decades! For decades. Able bodied men.

Now, they are about to get screwed! Do you know what's crazy. Today, in 2025 you can build out your skill-set IN YOUR HOME. From the comfort of your chair. And yet, what do the overwhelming majority of people do? They play HUGE amounts of videos games, watch movies and do absolutely nothing. While staying broke.

Don't rely on the gov. Build skills even if you have a good job, because you never know when you could lose that job. Start a side hustle, or something online. Get good. Make additional income. Prepare for winter! Its coming!!!

That depends on which country you're in.

But it is my fault because the jobs here need skills i don't have.

I think government has no say if an employer hired me or not. I either get hired or I don’t.
