Nothing. Valve doesn't keep track of billions of people on Earth. All they can "see" is that the account stops logging in. Even that info is needle in the haystack.

From that point the account is just there, doing nothing forever, or until they introduce a policy to remove inactive accounts.

They put it in weird Egyptian jars and bury it with you.
