reddit is okay
Because it has rules it has to be followed, and people are actually cordial, unlike this place?
It's also the only place aside from some closed off Discord servers where you'll see certain games being discussed, since pretty much every game now has abandoned online forums for Discord even though both forums and live chat rooms have different merits (nice move Bethesdfart, looking at you, but also many others).
However, it is also very annoying. You must curate it carefully lest your blood pressure will raise unnecessarily every time you look at the website.
Well when you make sweeping assumptions like that you clearly are doing the same you do with politics in general - you have no clue what you're talking about.
Many Americans don't understand even basic politics yet fervently nail their flag to one side or the other. Many right wingers like yourself think democrats are left which shows a distinct lack of basic knowledge.
Many think that socialism is communism which is equally laughable.
So no Reddit is not a leftist echo chamber. It's all sorts of things and like everywhere else, it depends where you go.
I don't see ANY Of that because I don't use it for that. I use it for electronics groups, old gaming groups, record collecting, pinball repair and a few other things, and there's no politics there, and people are straight up and kind.
So it entirely depends where you go.
