People use the 10/10 rating as a scale to describe how attractive the person is, because it's an easy thing that everyone understands.

The problem is too many people over rate themselves.

Believe me, I would give myself a pure zero and I am over the moon with that. Makes life easier to be honest

it's vision related, everyone only has 10/10 eyes instead of 20/20 because they spend too much time frying their eyeballs with mobile phones and other nonsense (without adding any butter or margarine so they get burnt). the tiny letters at the bottom of the eye exam will forever remain a mystery from now on.

Looks are subjective. Even for me, behind this mask is an average asian boy. Nothing special.

I've always disliked the idea of rating a person by numbers anyways so ive always tried to avoid coming into contact with that content and I suggest the same for others uwu

People rate themselves to boost their confidence, or to make themselves seem better to others.

There's literally nothing else to it.

Well the problem is a lot of women have extremely inflated opinions of themselves due to the army of simps who hit on literally anything, and I mean ANYTHING with a vagiza. Men's lack of standards when it comes to women has resulted in this.

I feel that my biggest gripe in dating is women who are proud to be out of touch with reality. If I see a woman stop and think, I am automatically at least going to be friends with her immediately.

Women rate themselves 10/10 because the rating system is garbage and they are making fun of it. The vast majority of women see the rating system as sexist, which it is. And seeing as youtube is one of the main sites that pushed the dumb rating system, they mock it. You think anyone who is being interviewed by a youtuber is gonna give an honest answer? If a youtuber asked me what I rate myself I'd say 11 out of 10 doctors agree that I'm hot. I ain't gonna seriously attribute a number to my looks. I look how I look and people can take it or leave it.

The looks rating system is just another sexist thing from the incel/manosphere that just needs to disappear like all the other toxic masculinity garbage being spewed into the world.
