Yep, You can upgrade by doing an in-place upgrade or clean install
Typically people suggest clean installs to avoid any possible issues that could be carried over from the previous OS but so far I didn't find it an issue going from 10 to 11. it was a far more common issue if you went from 7 to 10 back then.
All your files will remain.
in place upgrade will leave at least 20gb of garbage files on your drive just encase you want to go back to 10.....
