If you are speaking in reality then you know that the people who spread it purposefully are degenerates, what i am trying to say is that just because some of them do not care and are not bothered enough to practice safe sex and have check ups doesn't mean every sex worker is the same.

There are sex workers who dont have diseases and make sure that before they see a client or engage sexually they are shown a recent std test to see if it is safe for them to do so. If they aren't shown that or if they are shown it and a person does in fact have an std they refuse to engage with them. Simple <3
