the intent behind these raids is to damage california's economy using federal power, to punish it for inclusive economics that other more regressive states cannot compete with. the people displaced will not have their economic values absorbed; the value will simply disappear with them. california already focuses on inclusive economics, at least at lower levels, so there's no value gained from bumping people off. there's no warlord's stash of loose carp fish to claim, it's just one less worker in the economy.

For that matter, according to the left, these people only pick vegetables at well below minimum wage which would put them in a zero tax bracket. The best they pay in taxes might be sales taxes, but that's not much at all.
