You can drink alcohol and smoke weed on any job. For some jobs it´s necessary - especially for office jobs...

Become the CEO. It's that easy.

: edit:
There is a subreddit called neckbeardnest. Someone posted pics of his boss's office, it was filled with little bags of white powder residue, tissue paper with blood. His boss was snorting cocaine while at work.

Russian truck driver?
Most trivial one for any job, office or not, is being self-employed, where you set the rules to whatever you want.
yes, the local gov, cityplanning (when I worked there it was still called real estate & projects). you get lot of wining and dining with contractors trying to get a good deal for projects.
a lot of beer drinking in pubs happened, altough that usually happened after 5 when it not officially work hours anymore, yet you still discussing stuff with those people over beer and or food.
For some that might be strange but the south of the Netherlands is very Burgundian in culture.
Above the rivers things done more "stiff" there, like they would do it over a healthy lunch with quinoa seeds and oat milk in coffee or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ :D

You could start your own business and then do it.

I remember in Denmark it was allowed to drink 2 beer (I think) during lunch breaks. They even had vending machines with beer in work cafeterias and such.

Not sure if it's legal anymore, though, but I doubt it.

I knew someone who worked in a beer distributor in the US decades ago. He said there was beer in the vending machines in their break room.

Back in the 70s, I worked at a place where the big shots went to the restaurants nearby and had their 3 martini lunches. The blue collar guys like me went to nearby bars to have a couple of beers with lunch.

Ahh, the good old days.
I generally crack open a cold one during summer in the office, and always order alcohol on a business lunch.

It's good to be a business owner
