There's a lot of them, I can't think of them right now but since you mentioned Lethal Weapon, The original and three are GREAT! Two is less than the original and three is MUCH better than two while four is POOR, four SUCKS! Donner made an excellent comeback with three, made three just as good as the original. Two lost it's direction while four was an absolute loss, it was as if NO ONE was trying to do anything with four. I CANNOT foresee Mel Gibson making five something great nor worthwhile. Sorry Mel, it seems like a stretch, unrealistic. BUT who knows, maybe we will be surprised maybe Gibson will amaze the world.

i have actually seen the first episode of post mortem! it did not really grip me at the time, but i would like to be going back and watching it eventually.

since you brought up two of them, I absolutely love the cornetto trilogy, by edgar wright

i love shaun and hot fuzz, worlds end is surprisingly pish. i am not sure why considering it had all the ingredients (wright, pegg and frost) but it is just not very good. its a bit too dark and dour perhaps, does not have as much heart as the first two.

I don't really have a favourite as there are lots of good comedies out there, many of which have already been mentioned.
