BG3 avoids the woke tag because it isn't inherently woke. It has woke elements.
If other "woke " products put in lewd, romanceable shadowheart they'd instantly lose their entire bad reputation.
BG3 panders to the male gaze. No product that is woke from the ground up does that.
It also lets you murk any NPC you don't like. Chuds like me can just snub the weirdos from their save.
Starfield made such characters invulnerable. Worst you could do was knock them out.

Bugs are context based. The type of bug matters.

Nope, it's just efficient. The average person, let alone gamer, is dumber and lazier than a wet banana. No one's gonna do meticulous research to find specific versions and how they correlate to each specific game version to make sure it's okay to keep playing one damn game. The only ones that will do that are ones with extreme spite towards Denuvo that then spread their findings.
If denuvo causes massive performance issues it will be reflected in a negative review score.
