UPenn Surrenders to Trump in Big Win for women!
Will Strip Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas of ALL Records, Award Victories to Females Impacted By His Inclusion.

On July 1st (today) the University of Pennsylvania bent the knee to Trump by agreeing to resolve Title IX violations over transgender swimmer Lia Thomas. The penalties are particularly harsh for Thomas, who stole glory from female swimmers by pretending to be one of them.

The school not only agreed to erase Thomas’s records from the books but also awarded victories to the swimmers whose glory he had stolen. Moreover, each impacted swimmer will receive a formal apology letter from UPenn.

But that’s not all. UPenn MUST adopt biology-based definitions for “male” and “female” consistent with Trump’s executive orders, “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism,” and “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.”

Still no word on the Epstein list being released?
There hasn't been any statement on erasing records of Lia Thomas.

One thing I found funny was this investigation was done by the DoE. Weird how such a "useless" department was used.
Uh huh...

Was it a short-distance sprint race swim or long-distance swimming? Because ironically females are better at swimming long distances.

I'm not tired of winning, I'm rather thirsty for more, more and more....
You'd think that the world's biggest misogynist would be promoting "the best women are assigned male at birth" rather than trying to shut it down.

I guess I'll just have to go back to watching teenage boys soccer teams playing exhibition matches against Olympic women's teams.

I found this:
"UPenn will restore to female athletes all individual UPenn Division I swimming records, titles, or similar recognitions which were misappropriated by male athletes allowed to compete in female categories"

It seems that, if you're going to "restore" a record that was taken by someone else, it would necessarily include wiping out the old record.

You could possibly have both records, as long as you recognize one is the "official" record, and the other record has an asterisk next to it, or something.

Trump did this single-handedly. All other Republicans would have whimpered and given up.

You mean others couldn't care less about that over other things, such as not breaking the US Congress into bombing Iran and starting terrorism / possibly WW3... or actually looking to resolve Russia's invasion of Ukraine, etc. Rather than whimpering, crying and raging out on Truth Social about it... then giving up as such Trump did?

In fact, it's probably a good thing that Trump just gave up and shift focus/distracts the MAGA cult. What an amazing achievement! Good job. Clap... clap... clap...

As for males or females in competitive sport, I personally don't believe it matters for most. It depends, in which I would just suggest different weight classes. Some females will own a male in sports anyways.

The funny thing is these people care nothing about women, all they want to do is hurt trans.

This should be the same for every single game where boys were playing in women’s games. Null and void! Let’s get back to a normal life.

It's good to see this set to rights. The school not only agreed to erase Thomas’s records from the books but also awarded victories to the swimmers whose glory he had stolen. Moreover, each impacted swimmer will receive a formal apology letter from UPenn.

Just going off the university's own comment.

Is there any point trying to argue that sex and gender are more complex than you think, here?
