VAC is automatic. Submitting reports wouldn't do anything.

There is a report feature. VAC is still automatic. It also bans at random intervals so cheat makers can't determine how the cheats are being detected.

There is a reason I knew to spam report, it's not new.

I don't think the mass-reporting works, I tried that once with no effect, and I'm sure some people tried that on me (cuz I drop 30-50 kills every game) and I never got vac lived.

The report doesn't make VAC act faster. It also doesn't alert VAC.

A cheater can never be reported and still get a VAC ban because the system is automatic. That's why there was a ban issue with an AMD software for a brief period.

It's always detecting. That's the whole point of an automatic anti-cheat.

If it's a VAC secured server, it's checking for cheats. Regardless of reports.

Also, the reddit post you shared is about griefing in games. That isn't handled by VAC.

You are saying reports for greifing work now but not reports for wallhack, aim hack and other hacking which are in the same report box as options.

I never said reports for griefing didn't work. VAC(which detects those cheats you mentioned) is an automatic system. It doesn't use reports for detection.

That's literally why people got banned for an AMD mouse software until it was reversed. VAC detected it as a cheat until it was corrected and updated.
