I have to wonder, you are a CS2 dev?
A cheater can never be reported and still get a VAC ban because the system is automatic. That's why there was a ban issue with an AMD software for a brief period.
If it's a VAC secured server, it's checking for cheats. Regardless of reports.
So you are trying to tell us all reports do nothing, so sueing is on the cards.
There also wouldn't be a lawsuit regardless.
Go into detail and tell us how there would be no law suit.
Also, the reddit post you shared is about griefing in games. That isn't handled by VAC.
Is 1+3=82 for you too?
That's literally why people got banned for an AMD mouse software until it was reversed. VAC detected it as a cheat until it was corrected and updated.
