You have an ability to rewind 5 seconds back, but...
...5 seconds memory is not saved, you dont remember anything, neither dejavu feeling. Your memory exactly from 5 seconds past

Imagine there is accident. Then you rewind back time. Is the accident gonna be happen again since memory not saved, that might cause endless loop, OR there is chance to be different event?

Hobbit XIII knows
Being the idiot I am I would probably timeloop myself anyways.
I see you want to discuss free will here. Five seconds is far too little - in reality, so much happens in the human body automatically before consciousness even has a chance to process it.

In a comic called Blood Syndicate a character named Flashback could rewind time but only for 3 seconds. While usually enough to save a teammate from getting killed, one time they all found themselves in an explosion after which she was half knocked out so she had to rewind like 10 times till she could warn them all to get to safety. It was 5-6 shocking pages of them exploding and burning over and over again until she could rewind enough. Its the only thing I remember from that book how disturbing and gory it was.
So you rewind time, and then spend 5 seconds wondering why you rewound time?
Did it even happen?

Maybe you already have this ability but you simply forgot!

This was a Star Trek TNG episode and only Data could remember fragments each time loop until he could put it together and avoid the disaster.

Solution. Get yourself a Data.

Pointless. If you don't remember anything, then whatever you did the first time, you'll do again, no difference.

Do you know if you have this ability? Cause... how would you know?

Same outcome every time
It would be a timeloop no matter what, without memory.
Basic cause and effect.
Unless you make a note to yourself “this is a time loop” before you do the time loop. Like… write it on your hand or something.
I'd use it on slots and be stuck in endless limbo.
