Japan is still doing 90s style language lock for games in 2025
Idk why they lock the international version of their games to English when Chinese games allow players to choose 4 language dubs and up to 16 languages for text

I'm salty that the new international version of Umamusume on mobile is locked to English text despite the dub still being in Japanese
