Did you notice that pretty much everyone consumes some substance? Stimulant, Drug?

Try to think how many adult people you know, who do NOT consume:

Caffeine.
Nicotine.
Alcohol.

OR any other substances that somehow stimulate or fog your mind or body.

I personally do not know any person to be honest. The only people I did know were my grandparents during their last years, due to health reasons. But I do not know any adult, healthy human being, who voluntarily out of choice, stays away from EVERY substance. They at least consume sugary foods like sweets or sweet drinks at the very least.

Do you know anyone who is basically " straight edge " as they called it in the U.K many years ago ?

anything that feeds serotonin or dopamine has it's addiction
You may be right... but at least we will survive longer than who consume nothing.
I mean, how not eat or drink anything and expect to live?

This is not what I have said. I talk about stimulants, substances.

I do not talk about normal foods and camommile tea.

You do NOT consume ANY substance? No coffee or green/black tea? Thats hard to believe, because even these teas have " teein " which is basically caffeine, a stimulant.

Ah, yeah well this is not what this thread is about.
I drink a lot of tea (Asian, not British crap). Does that count?

I have kicked everything but caffeine and I've been thinking of eliminating that too.

It depends what kind of tea it is. If its black/green tea, then yes it does count because of the " thein " which is nothing other than caffeine.

Obviously, peppermint tea for example doesn't have any caffeine in it, no matter if its Asian or British.

Congratulations. I am proud of you. Pretty amazing and I hope you manage to get rid off caffeine as well.

Yeah, its pretty strong in caffeine. I mean in the U.K they basically drink this instead of coffee.
