My approach to STEAM sommunity bans
Every time I get banned i.e. month or a week. I multiply that by three before buying anything from steam..

Im talking about bans from saying things like Muslim religion is not tolerant, trans people are forcing pronouns at the workplace i.e. DEI etc.

Just seems fair to me. In the meantime, I have more freedom sailing the waters.. It actually feels great not to have my steam balance spent.

ETA to next purchase = 6 months and 22 days.

Steam don't care they are still getting millions from other users.

Also what is a sommunity ban?

Maybe it's time to consider dumping Steam. I don't think your library of 1 purchased game, which you don't play, is going to be that much of a loss.

I don’t see why Steam doesn’t do that. I’m not talking about those people who are banned because they made a snarky remark. I’m talking about those people who are actual “menace”.

Cause ip changes if it's a dynamic ip address. Meaning every so often the isp will release that ip address back into the pool and give you a new one. The next person who gets that ip address and uses steam will be unfairly banned.

Is that so? I’m not that tech savvy. Haha. Anyways Steam should find a way to keep them away somehow.

When millions of years ago I worked stupidity like pizza there were phone numbers that we would see coming on the caller ID... and nobody would want to go to those doors... and they wondered why it would take an hour+ to get a delivery.

And when we didn't bow down singing songs of praise and worship over their 2 cent tip they would call up threatening to take their business away and never order again!!!!
