A guy in Norway was well on his way to selling 'luxury ice cubes' from glaciers for 100 kroners (10 dollars) each, getting approvals and such, but after a lot of backlash from environmentalists and the population in general, he finally gave it up after several years preparations and millions in investment.

When I searched for articles about it now, I see someone in Greenland has actually started doing it now.
