Someone is impersonating me in a game
So CoD WWII came to gamepass and a hacker that I probably pissed off on a discord server I was in is now hacking with my gamertag

I don't even own the game on the ms store or have PC gamepass, and he's hacking on that version

It's irrelevant. Penalties are given to the accounts that did something, not to random accounts that happen to show a similar name.
This happened to me big time in the early 2000s in a RPG game. They made a character that looked like mine with the same name and a letter off. They ended up following me around and helped me fight like a low level pet. They didnt talk crap or anything so I thought it was kinda funny too.
Who would wanna impersonate you? (Joke)

This is why it's important to have a licensing system where you authorise people to impersonate you and those who attempt to do so without approval can be sent straight to The Naughty List.

Uh, how is this even a problem to you?
It doesn't matter if the person is using a non-unique (copying yours) name. The account is linked by other means.

The only thing those old CoD games have going wrong for them is the RCE exploits Activision can't seem to fix.
