Red Alert 2.

When there are a lot of conscripts I just use 1 tank to run them all over.

Yes and no. Yes in a sense that my family is from China. No because ethnicity speaking I’m not Han Chinese. I’m a smaller subgroup called Miao.
No idea what it was last time, this time: Road Rash.

A pushy rival harasses you, and a few kicks later, he flies away in a wide arc.
Or you fly miles away, then someone else comes along and gets hit by a car.
The chain reactions are really funny. :steamhappy:
The dark side path in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II.
All your companions hate you and each other and the ones who do have any redeeming qualities can be corrupted by lying to them or using mind control. Even the R2D2 bot wants to kill everyone.

There is a scene in one of the levels where someone is guarding the door, and you can kill them, but it still won't let you in. If you leave the area and come back, the guy has respawned but it's now a different dialogue. You can say something like "you know I killed the last person guarding this door, right?" and they will say "yes, but I still can't let you in." You can keep killing them and leaving and coming back and the conversations get more and more ridiculous until eventually they just let you in without a fight.

I dunno if I can pick a single funniest, but the only gag in a video game that I can think of that actually made me cry laughing was this, from Yakuza 5.

I dunno if it's still funny if you're not familiar with the character, but I just completely lost it.

Impossible Mission comes to mind.

Though you have to read the manual.
I played Day of the Tentacle for the first time recently and I thought it was pretty funny. Although I didn't get the references for many jokes, the writing and voice acting still made me smile a lot.

Also, while ofc not really comical games, the Telltale Walking Dead series have some funny moments here and there.

Original Manic Mansion is better
