Congress passes DISASTROUS Trump bill
It's unbelievable that there are people cheering for this atrocity.

The bill introduces significant cuts to safety net programs, especially Medicaid and food stamps, impacting millions of Americans. In exchange, the top 20% benefits almost $13,000 a year.

This is ridiculous, and could not be further from equality and justice.

Hospitals have expressed deep dissatisfaction in this bill, as they would receive less support from states for people who are enrolled for Medicaid. The amount of uninsured patients and uncompensated costs increase significantly for the hospitals. There are estimates that some hospitals will not be able to survive from this, and this will result in network reductions.

Lastly, the bill increases deficit by over $3 trillion over the next decades.
This will be paid in higher interests obviously (nothing is free) but it is also extremely hypocritical coming from "fiscally conservative" MAGA Republicans. "Fiscally conservative" MAGA Republicans, with Trump's leadership, have demanded raising the debt ceiling and now they pass trillions in new deficit.

It's insane if there is anyone out there who defends this. No shame?

That sounds like Republican agenda, given the interest in cutting healthcare coverage.

These are the same people who tried to repeal ACA without a replacement plan.

I'm apolitical so I don't support any party. I just know the bill was made to destroy the poor and working class and make the rich richer.

I don't support any party either but I oppose when people are being spiteful. It doesn't matter to me where they're from and what their background is. If I see something that hurts people, I will call it out.

This bill is one of those things.

This just makes me believe more in the uniparty narrative, where dems try to be good cop and republicans try to be bad cop.

If republicans don't massively betray the people, dems don't get a shot to be in power again. And I still think Trump only one because tiny middle east country believes trump was the better chance to get what it wants, like war in iran.

By cutting medicad and other incredibly unpopular things, they make dems look better again. And if republicans are going to start a iran war, they might as well pass the bills they want anyways ahead of it. Since the war will tank their numbers anyway.

Democraps reaps what they sow for the last 4 years with their precious Gender ideology. Gender affirming care is illegal in this bill.
