Evil is a harsh word. Lying by secrecy. Hidden rules, hidden proceedings, hidden oaths, hidden loyalties. That is why they are evil. Our rules, proceedings, oaths and loyalty should be in the open in order to be truthful and not evil.

I find it funny when so many people claim there is "Deep State" which pulls the strings. I mean if Deep State has that much power....isn't it just "The State" at that point?

Even the non-secret ones are evil.

There is no such thing as evil, it is subjective based only by the values of the person observing it. Evil is a construct which generally means a set of behaviors that are punished by a specific group of people based on their values. Good and Evil are not universal.

And yes, I'm totally fun at all the parties I do not get invited to.

They're not particularly evil. These days, they're just networking clubs for rich people, with only the trappings of ancient secret societies.

And originally, many were actually pretty alright in my book. The Illuminati, for example, were all about bringing Enlightenment ideals to 18th century Germany.

No reason to be secret if you're doing good things

Mine isn't evil.

I understand why there are secret societies.

1. Country has several millions of people
2. Small handful of people makes laws and excepts all those millions of people accept them and obey them.
3. Some people don't follow them and form secret societies.
4. Government and people who follow the laws have surprised Pikachu face.

What's funny is they had to work in secret to oppose the ruling class but now they are the ruling class who treat us even worse.

That's a naive statement. History is full of examples of people that wanted to do good things and were persecuted.
