My condolences for the zoomer generation
Born in the smartphone age. Given screens from birth. You're basically almost cyborgs after having been born with a dependency on social media. I look at the likes of twitter, reddit, and other democracy based systems and upvotes/downvotes can be a world shaking event to the zoomers who never experienced life without this feedback. I shudder when I imagine how bad the social pressures were when going through my school years, and expect that I had it easy compared to the zoomers who have no opportunity during the evening and bed time and waking up to disconnect and get away from that life and those social groups after school hours.

it’s hard to take anyone who uses boomer or zoomer seriously

What do you think the words mean?
Actually the younger kids are getting it together because they are seeing the mistakes of millennials and dont want to end up like them. Everyone knows that already. They do use the phone alot but also they know its best for them to shut up and do what they are told.

Right wingers advertising for the stone age again using the media that they despise the most. See the controversy?

There have been research, polls and lots of debates here, about younger generations starting to work for the first time, although it was mainly focused on Gen Z (but also applies to younger generations, of course).

One thing is that they're having a hard time having 'normal', polite conversations with co-workers, but the main thing is that they need recognition all the time, or constant feedback whether what they do is good or not. This is of course normal for everyone in a a new job, but the younger generations don't 'grow out of it', but keep asking, so they're a bit high maintenance, according to many managers.

This is not everyone, of course, but it's an increasing trend. They're less independent, more insecure of themselves, less able to make decisions or think for themselves.
I don't think all people younger than me are so shallow that social media pressures are their main concerns. More likely they're just wondering about the same sorts of things the generations before them did. (What do I do with my life, why is the world like this, why doesn't anybody do anything about it, should you even bother, etc.)
When I was young, people said my generation was doomed.. mainly because we had such easy access to everything.. We had toys, we could take the bus/train, we could.. "name your change from the last generation" .. we even had lots of candy.
maybe op's idea for a good time in the short history of humans, is when they wrote the declaration of independence and won the war. that's an experience most people can t have anymore.

Transhumanism will take a tad longer, albeit we are already moving forward.

People said similar things about the Millennials, then Gen X, then the boomers from the Silent Gen's perspective, we'll be fine.

the system separates categories(people) and use your children(creations) against you to tell you to turn back and retire
