Trump considers reintroducing slavery to America

After many farmers and hotel workers disappear from ICE raids, due to possibly being illegal immigrants... with no criminal records and good work ethics, taking on the jobs that legal US citizens don't wish to do themselves.

Rather than addressing the root cause of the issue being the US employer hiring illegals for cheap work.

Trump instead floats the idea of helping those US employers keep undocumented illegal immigrants. Yes, KEEP THEM. Keep the illegals in America!

Currently in Texas farms have lost 100% of their employed workers, due to Trump and ICE.

What Trump now wants to do is give US employers "ownership" rights over illegal workers. Aka sign them up for slave labour.

Trump quote: "We’re going to have a system of signing them up so they don’t have to go, they can be here legally, they can pay taxes and everything." and "Without those people, you’re not going to be able to run your farm."

Trump quote: "The farmers can be responsible for some of the people. They’re not going to have citizenship, but they’ll be working. They’ll be paying taxes. We need to get our farmers the people they need."

What do you think of all that?

Isn't that just going back to 1865 for American slavery?

If US Employers didn't hire illegals / undocumented and you didn't have tipping culture (which is also based on slave labour / racism), America wouldn't of had that problem in the first place with the illegals.

Democrats at least understand America runs upon immigrants and US Citizens themselves are all immigrants. Sure, you want to document them, but exploit for cheap labour and claim ownership of them, well that's a MAWA (Making America White Again) thing?

In other countries, your tips are either refused or put in a donation to charity box for the needy, because employers pay the employees fair wages.
