There's no dialogue options on them to try and reason with them, they're just straight up enemy npcs.

For most of us it's better to completely ignore ISIS, Leave it up to whatever countries military to deal with.

They will screw with your brains otherwise.

Serial killers tend to be male and their victims are usually female, so I feel safe knowing this. Sucks for you though

nah - I've known plenty of folks from the mid-East; overgeneralizing populations is erroneous at best

sure, there are mid-East extremists, but just lookit the "patriots" of Jan. 6th . . . we got our own homegrown nutters too

It's only a 70-30 Female/male split. You're not as safe as you think.

Also while serial killers tend to be men, there's still a fair few women serial killers out there, roughly 20%. There's an oddity about this too, in that women make up 20% of serial killers, but only 10% of murders are committed by women. So proportionally of those who are killers, women are more likely to be serial killers. Who knows if this means anything though.
