One Thing You Need to Improve Yourself On???
For me, I need to stop yelling more often because I come from Italian / Greek family descent and control my voice tone. Definitely improving over course of time and grateful of the humble results

I move my arms and hands a lot when I speak. Not so much a problem for me, just anyone within arms reach.
