Any Shows Like Reacher Except More Every Day?

My favorite parts of Reacher were when he helped out the everyday people. I watched season 1 and liked it.

Any other shows like Reacher but more focus on every day normal people not mafia and criminal gangs related stuff?

Tracker, starring Justin Hartley (Green Arrow from Smallville). Not really the same as Reacher in scope but basically the generic reward seeker (not bounty hunter) that is skilled at what he does.

It's not amazing but the guest stars from other CW TV shows is a neat bonus.
