What about a Maga barbie, with a black eye, missing tooth, and lives in a trailer?

You mean this?

Yeah, no, I don't think society really needs this. But I don't know what DEI is, so maybe that makes this funnier without context.
if op can't link it, it didn't happen

If I was a kid and I had an insulin pump I'd be very self-conscious.

As the child of a parent who had type 1 diabetes, yeah...I don't see anything wrong with it. If it bothers someone, the best revenge they can get is paying it zero mind. Not obsessing over it.

Or in this case, advertising it.

I'mma buy one for one of my nieces, who has an insulin pump herself.

Are there not people who collect them?
Would they not be happy with a new one?

that's why i think the doll exists to help them feel less self-conscious about it

It's false outrage at "forced inclusion" in the hopes people give jester awards to mock him.

I vaguely remember there being "concerned" people outraged at doll companies putting out dolls aimed at more non-white demographics. The kids themselves who these toys were aimed at, were overjoyed.

Luisa from Encanto turned out to be one of the most popular characters from the movie with kids, and she's far from "the norm"

I assumed as much, just thought I would give them something to think about...

Kids themselves absolutely love when there's a toy/character that represents something the child struggles with from being the "norm"

For example Hawkeye in the comics having hearing difficulties and having hearing aids.

I also remember reading of a girl with Vitiligo being over the moon when she found a doll that depicted having it.

this thread is the most amusing thread, if its actually real and not a journalist falling for some legendary bait.
