In a confused, rapidly deteriorating world, listening to the music I really love is the best way to rejuvenate my senses
In a confused, rapidly deteriorating world, listening to the music I really love is the best way to rejuvenate my senses, since it engulfs me with the warm touch of a world that was slightly less confused, and still had a pinch of energy

That's why, except for a very tiny few creators I like, you will see no trace of a song which date exceeds >2012 on my playlists.

If you're talking about nostalgia, I wish that worked for me too. Instead makes me feel a sense of sadness and longing for the past though.

And every year that passes, the music I used to like that gets older feels less relevant. Like "That's the sound of pre-COVID times".

I did that all my life and had zero consequences. This is 20 years of experience with that methadology, so where's the issue?

in no audiophile but I too adore listening to and making music.

indeed, I just upgraded my listening pleasure by buying A B&O amp to add to my existing setup (eversolo).

Im not gonna spend silly money but buying quality HiFi seperates can really improve one's listening experience.

That said, there's nothing wrong with listening to music on any device.

each to their own!
There is a song that goes “Sometimes it feels like this world is spinning faster than it did in the old days. So naturally we have more natural disasters from the strain of a fast pace.”

And what exactly are you doing to help it? 🤣 We always have this argument and I always ask the same question, and you can't answer it.

I just mean in the grand scheme of things, your impact is non-existent, and you're wasting your life energy for it. Not a good trade.
