Trump vs Putin

Putin has made Trump look very stupid and weak.

Trump hates people 'getting one over on him' . Look what he did to Zelensky before Zelensky changed his approach to Trump.

Iran, they didn't do what Trump wanted so he authorized a historically unique bombing of Iran.
Too much fuss was made on 'we destroyed everything' rather than the fact it stealthed and showed there is nowhere on this planet the US cannot bomb.

The die hard suicidal fanatics of Hamas are now scrambling to make peace deals and to be seen to pander to Trump.

Putin played the Russian game of diplomacy and now Trump is authorizing more patriots to Ukraine - as a start.

We know what Ukraine really need is more C4 and lots more ammunition. If Ukraine had endless supply of ammunition ie shells, Russia would be having an even harder time of it.

Trump's ego vs Putin's survival, what will break first?

trump has flip-flopped on that matter too many times. So I have to wait and see in order to judge. But putbutt's economy isn't doing great. If trump keeps doing the right things, putbutt will fold first. And trump will earn my respect.

I fear and respect both Putin and Trump but I fear Putin. I don't know what it is, I definitely would get on and have a laugh with trump but I will also know my boundaries. With Putin on the other hand, it would be a friendship of fear from my side. Putin just has that demeanour of someone you simply don't mess with.

I know what you mean.
Trump goes out of his way to be charming in his way (unless you have offended him previously or during or disagree with him) I think that is why he is so openly over the top 'great person, great conversation, great etc etc' when he speaks about other people and I think it something to be taken heavily into consideration.
Which would probably put me on his ♥♥♥♥ list straight away as my sense of humour would likely cause great offence to him without meaning to.

Vladimir Putin...
I would rather have a conversation with Saddam Hussein on human rights.

The thing is with Putin is that he is a good politician and a clever man. Trump is neither of these things. I'm not saying that Putin is a good man, he's not, but he is very good at hiding it.
