Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe 🍝
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 400g (14 oz) of spaghetti until al dente.

2. While the pasta is cooking, cut 150g (5 oz) of pancetta or bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs and 1 cup (100g) of grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

4. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

5. Quickly add the hot pasta to the pancetta in the pan (heat off), then pour in the egg and cheese mixture.

6. Toss everything together quickly, adding a bit of reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.

7. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.

8. Put ketchup on it (I'm sorry)
