4chan and reddit might actually give you good advice on this, but it's also questionable as to where you would ask this on the former, and how easily you could get an account to do so on the latter.
try forcing yourself to go to bed at the time you wish to do so. if you have trouble sleeping, avoid eating 2 hours before you try to go to bed. try some valerian root or melatonin supplements. reading is actually a bad idea before bed, too, i've heard.
two rules
no phone, or other distractions.
5 second rest between sets.
if you don't feel like sleeping that night i'll eat this entire can of protein powder without water.
There you go.
Try not to stay awake for too many days, it can lead to insomnia and that's not good. I had it once for six months, lost all muscle and fat from my body and looked like a skeletal corpse.
With a consistent sleep schedule you’ll feel less groggy and have more energy. I don’t even need to drink coffee anymore but only drink it when I have a big project I gotta do in the morning.
(I used to work in nightclubs)
Exercises, or even simply going for a walk is good enough.
Oddly enough, if you're tired in the middle of the day, going for a walk actually helps for that too.
And if you have to, just put an alarm up in the evening, and actually quit your game when it goes off. lol. It's real easy to lose track of time when you're having fun.
Either way, you kind of have to make your body used to being awake at daytime and at rest at night.
