I'm tired of hearing about threats to men. It's all "aw, poor thing". People should just get off that computer, get out and meet people. AI or meeting people online and especially complaining about it online has no effect at all.

I find it eally sad for anyone that thinks a A.I is a solution to love, solving your social issues and the fear of communicating with a real person. This generation and next and future generations are screwed

We have heard quite a lot about threats to women over the past few years, don't you think? I mean, when you say "aw, poor thing" that sounds like toxic masculinity to me. As if a man should just "man up" and get himself over whatever problem life has presented him with. When you say get out and meet people, it sounds as though there are a group of women who are just sitting there waiting to meet the people who use this forum. Most people here are on the outside of society either by choice or because they were rejected.
Whilst I do fundamentally agree with what you are saying; complaining changes nothing, that is kind of the point of this space, it's just for people to say what's on their mind. Particularly if someone is really struggling, isolated and comes here complaining in earnest about what's bothering them and they really want to hear suggestions, I think there is value in that.

It's not really about solving social issues. There are women that men desire, but they only want the top 10% of men in the world. It's mostly a Western woman problem.

If it can be made functional (think sex doll that actually interacts with the "user"), it won't be a threat so much as an outlet for a certain class of dude who believes women to be a monolith that are, collectively, only interested in tall, jacked, rich "alphas."

Rather than looking in the mirror and accepting that it is *them* that has to change, this particular group of manchildren will end up investing in a robo-waifu that will never hold an opinion that challenges their own, never not be in the mood for their urges, and never be any danger with regard to rejection. It'll essentially be a "solution" for guys who still unironically invoke "the friend zone" while continuing the juvenile canard that women only date ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

But will it be a threat to women overall? Absolutely not. The sadbois who will make extended use of this technology once it's viable were never going to be having sex they didn't have to pay for anyway, because they're more interested in blaming *everyone else* for their lack of romantic success than they are in putting in the effort required to develop basic conversational skills or interests outside of their own myopic focus on their specific areas of obsession.

...so nothing's really going to change. Apart from the office incel suddenly trying to join in on conversations about his new nymphomaniacal, submissive, super-hot and totally real girlfriend.
