Unless the war is being waged by weaponized empaths. Then things will get brutally honest.
Imagine fighting a war while experiencing all of the pain of every person on the battlefield? My guess would be, if there were such a thing as "empaths", they would try to avoid battlefields for the most part.
I think "Empaths" - as opposed to "Empathy" - may be very similar

If Dark Empaths exist, why don't Empaths? And if disassociation is a skill often cultivated by law enforcement and the military, why couldn't Empaths learn to disassociate when they have a well above average emotional intelligence quotient? 🤔
