All illegal aliens are criminals by definition and so have criminal records by definition, whether this is a record for felony (crossing the border) or just violating non felony (ie overstaying visas).

The US can only revoke citizenship from naturalised citizens (which does make them aliens) and can only do so if they have committed one of a list of fairly serious crimes.

Of course ICE only deports people who've been to court, you have to go to court for the deportation order. What else do you expect, for them to just grab people and chuck them bodily back over the border? It's called an "order of removal" that allows ICE to deport you and you have to go to court to have one applied to you (or you can refuse to go to court, but you'd still have been summoned so you're being judged in absentia). The only way you can be deported without a court hearing is if you voluntarily self deport.

They supported a better way before Trump started deporting people, remember Obama deported 3 million people and the left never lost their freakin minds over it. Trump hasn't yet reached that number. Just because CNN suddenly recognizes that fact doesn't change the fact that the majority of Americans support mass deportation not just of criminals but of all illegal immigrants.

And 100% of illegal immigrants are criminals. I know the left likes to lie and claim that these folks commit less crimes then legal citizens but by their very nature this is wrong. It's a crime to enter the US illegally and it's a crime for them to stay, this can be a misdemeanor or a felony. After that when they find work chances are they're breaking the law again because if they work under the table that tax evasion and if they pay taxes they're using a stolen ID and not only is that identity theft but that's falsifying federal documents.

Actually over-staying a visa or having a visa where you no longer meet the requirements like work or schooling is a civil offense.

Illegal entry into the US is a criminal offense and it can be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or felony.

I am afraid you are wrong. To start with crossing the border illegally is a flat out felony, so your nonsense is half wrong straight off the bat. Secondly a criminal is just someone who has committed a crime. A crime is "an action or activity that is against the law or generally illegal", this includes civil offenses. There's a lot of conflating of felon and criminal, which is what you're doing, but they're different things.


Also I should add, isn't it funny when things that completely prove you wrong are "nonsensical gibberish"? Maybe you should look stuff up in the future, eh?
