What is Love?
There are only 2 correct answers for this.

Both of them have one thing in common though.
Is that they're old.

It's selfless, it's sacrifice. When we love someone we always have time for them and it's never about us, it's always about them. What wouldn't we sacrifice? Which is why "Love is a fool's game" and a hustler's gain.
🎶 Don't hurt me 🎶

The arrogance with which you ignore litarally 1000ds of artists, novelists, philosophers and theologists who went far and beyond some "2 correct answers" in their exploration of this age-old question is mindblowing.

Blocked to avoid ever reading anything by you again, even by accident.

You'll start out 'in love', with all the excitement that entails it. But that feeling, that rush, eventually settles into caring. The connection remain, but the initial intensity fades, replaced by something more settled.

Can confirm.💞
Of course Haddaway ALWAYS comes to mind when someone asks the question. Baby Don't Hurt me became TIMELESS! It's one of those songs that makes 90's music seem as good as 80's music.
True love is putting someone else's well being above yours. That's why every (good) father/mother would sacrifice themselves to save their children.
