Are pancrea transplants even a thing?

Like this: someone has pancreatic cancer and wants a new pancrea. However, is it a common organ to be donored (same way on how heart, lungs, liver and kidneys are prevalent) and given to a new patient that requires a new one? If there are no donors, can an AI generated one really replace the original or will the immune system outright reject the "bot" copy of their pancreas?

Pancreas transplants are a thing, but in the case of pancreatic cancer it probably wouldn't save you. They're usually for diabetics.

Pancreatic cancer is almost always fatal. Metastasis - the process of cancer cells moving around the body - is the real problem, and the pancreas is very good at inadvertently spreading cells around the body. You'd have to catch it early and have it or part of it removed, but even then your odds can be slim.

Artificial pancreases do exist to some extent, but they still require some amount of user input. They're not like your typical organ transplant. The pancreas is basically just a pinkish blob of specialized cells.
