Steam sucks!!!
I purchased Rust and for some reason or another wasn't able to play it. My PC just kept crashing. I even tried to put new memory in my PC and it didn't work. I then asked for a refund. It shows that I played for three hours not sure how that's possible. All I was able to do was turn the game on get in rust and then my PC would completely crash. It's 100% certain I didn't play longer than 30 minutes. In reality I didn't play at all. I was told I don't qualify for a refund because I played for more than two hours. That's just rude!!! So much for a case by case basis. I purchased a game that I am unable to play. I guess this company isn't very ethical.

How did you manage to accumulate 2 hours if the game immediately crashes? Just how many times did you try opening it?

If what you say about genuinely not playing 2 hours is true then you should be refunded, but if you bought the game more than 2 weeks ago, you'll still be unable.

What are your specs?

You could always try again and show proof to Steam Support with some system logs.
I never got any problems with Support.
Happend to me years ago and they helped me very well.

Just dont abuse it.
Welcome. This place is so bad, I won't spend a mere $5 to make my account legit.
The problem is on your end. Take better care of your PC.

yea some games require like 45+ minutes to install & load into a multiplayer game where its kinda unfair to have a 1 hour refund rule on them

rust is an obvious one
or get on rust about optimizing the load tImes like grand theft auto V revolutionized the world when that happened

that sounds awful. I would always want another person to enjoy slinging endless c4 at someone's amazing, beautiful, carefully crafted base in rust and razing it to the ground.

Do you mean spend 6K on a new system so I can play Rust? Lol. Too funny.

Why on earth would anyone enjoy doing something so meaningless? I have always wondered what anyone gets out of causing other people to be unhappy on purpose. Just weird in my opinion.
