I can't promise you things will get better, but there's only one way to find out: by staying alive. Things change when you least expect, that happens all the time.

It depends on how well I know the person. If it's a complete stranger, I probably wouldn’t say things like 'You’re not alone' or 'It’s darkest before the dawn' because it might sound insincere.

But I think that unless you have some kind of incurable, fatal disease or you’ve lost your arms and legs, things are unlikely to be truly dark - at best, it’s more like twilight.

You need to strive for an optimistic outlook on life - otherwise, you might end up like the girl who committed suicide in a supermarket after failing to buy a popular toy.

Same thing I say to my guy friend everyday for the past couple years.

Its not that bad, everyone is suffering, you think everyone will hate you eventually but thats a delusion, everyone is stuck in life don't feel so bad about it, you can't just disappear I still need you for money.
