Do you believe in Pangea?
Some people believe in Pangea, a mythical land that was said to have combined all the landmass on Earth into one big supercontinent.

It sounds pretty unlikely that every bit of land decided to all be at one spot on the planet at once

I mean all of the land on Earth is in one spot. It's called Earth. :-P

Look at how South America fits perfectly with Africa.
I don't see why it wouldn't. It doesn't affect anything either way but it is kind of a cool thing to think about.

So yeah I'd say I do
This is bad bait.

Moving right along.
TIL physics is a belief.

So one day they just floated away from each other and decided to randomly stop where they are now? Seems unlikely.

Who says they stopped? Science is an amazing thing because it allows you to educate yourself.
Yes, if you puzzle the whole continent, you will get a 1 piece of land, the Pangea theory might be real.

It's not a mythical land, it's plate tectonics. Tolkien did loosely connect middle earth with ancient earth. I suppose that's as close as it gets to being mythical.
