Why steam won't use Ai ? | QUESTION
When AI can talk like a human, analyze everything, throw shade, and distinguish between true and false content like Grok, why doesn’t Steam do something like that?
Why do we need paid moderators when we can have AI instead ?
Why doesn’t Steam use AI to deal with cheaters?

If the AI is moralistic, I am not sure if you want that. I'd hoped it would be more pragmatic. If it's too moralistic, you may want to turn it off sometimes. Otherwise you can't try anything.
If you cannot try anything, you can also not discover anything.

I want you to test an AI moderator in a discord server, see how well that goes. AI, cannot, moderate. Systems administrator, which is what all moderators are, have to operate administration, customer support, and conflict managment at the same time and on-called. Do you seriously believe and AI can do any of those let alone all 3?
