It's not the "baby born from a pod", a literal child bot (resembling the appearance of a human) but it's still deemed AI, inheriting behavioral patterns similar to GPT & Gemini. This was the solution because human women refuse parental responsibility of looking after a kid or pregancy to curb infertility or low births, do you consider that a permanent fix or would this make things worse?

Even if you're not fond of having children or raising / adopting any, are you on board with AI generated kids taking over human offspring? How would an AI generated kid behave in front of human kids? Will human children consider them biological or deem them "BOTS", how will human foster parents or child care be able to look after AI generated children as they're different?

Next, AI generated teens exist (if human parents lost their biological one or consider adopting) but ophanages don't have any so they dispatch a bot teen instead. How will human teens act around an 16 year old AI bot roleplaying as them? The thing that set's them apart from their human counterparts is expressing emotions (sadness or love) as AI doesn't have that trait.
