start playing a musical instrument

it's not ok to be looking at a computer screen all day
ok I guess kind of but what can I do?
learn to play piano/keyboards, violin, guitar, bass guitar, flute, trumpet, harmonica, saxo, drums and many more
b- b- but musical instruments are too noisy, stacy and mom and neighbor are going to complain.
I hear you, we got you covered, you can use for example electric guitar with headphones, electric keyboard with headphones.
what if it's hard?
it's not that difficult once you understand how it works. It may seem hard in the very beginning when you know absolutely nuffin but soon after you will enjoy it. You can enjoy your own creations and enjoy playing music from you favorite artists

if you're already regularly playing an instrument, kudos to you.
if not, start asap or something terrifying will happen

I tried guitar but after literally hours of practice I was still ♥♥♥♥. I'd rather go to the gym.

Piano. It needed lots of concentration and practice and it didnt feel right. Just felt ehh.

guitar is probably the most well known instrument anywhere. Maybe you didn't have good teacher or good tutorials

Even kids play guitars.

Just saying, and you don't need a broccoli-shaped hairstyle to play it either.
