A man walks across the crosswalk in front of a stopped car. He leans on it clearly with the intention of looking hit before the car backs away from him. He then sits on the ground. The car continues to try to back and change lanes to go around him. The man pulls out a phone to call someone but flags down a firetruck instead. The firetruck pulls up and the video cuts.
One could assume it's fraud, but I guess other potential reasons could be that the man was suffering from heat exhaustion and was looking for help. That is being generous though. He could also be a vagrant.
so my responce is.. no.. it is clickbait.
