I knew a girl with schizophrenia, once. Off her meds she couldn't make a sentence. She'd get frustrated because she knew what she wanted to say but when she spoke it was like "Blouse sky corner what ticking rough some go saucer keep."

If you discount the NPC types then both of these have high rate of occurence due to everyone being so drugged up.

I don't consider them superpowers.

I got my autism and schizophrenia from lead poisoning, which not much different than a radioactive spider bite.
