Are you joking? Russia can't defeat Ukraine let alone Germany or UK. Even if they could they would draw in the rest of Europe. They have burned through most of their cold war hardware so it's hard to imagine what they would invade with. Stop watching "collapse" YouTube videos.

You don't understand the threat scenario here. Nobody, absolutely nobody is expecting Russia to break through to the Rhine. This is about posing a credible threat to Russia, so Russia does not invade the Baltics.

They wouldn't dare after Putin rejected Trump's call for a ceasefire. One thing he should have known is Trump will want revenge. Not having Trump's support is enough deterrent. I thought Putin was smarter than that.
