Cane Sugar (CS) vs High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) vs anything else that is sweet?

I shall pick the sugar cane. :sadisthappy:

Thank you.

Mexican Coke (and European sodas) with real sugar are indeed more tasty, but Trump and RFK insinuating it's somehow healthier is total bull.

Why not sucralose for better health.

Stevia is 10/10 once you get used to it, tbh

The cartels agree with this.

Is this a race to get diabetes the fastest?

HFCS is illegal where I live - FOR GOOD REASON.

Well ideally natural sugars in fruit & veg ideally.

Occasional cane sugar in junk food.

It seems in some places, excessive amounts of sugar is put into 'food'.

While consuming too much sugar isn't a direct cause of diabetes, it can contribute to weight gain, which is a risk factor for Type 2 diabetes while Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition.

You should try sweetening things with honey. It doesn't always work but when it does :JoeWheelerApproves:

I like wildflower or clover honey and graham crackers. :sadisthappy:
Around here(California) literally everything has HFCS injected in it, even if it has no need for sugar. Not entirely sure but I read/heard somewhere that its considered a low-grade poison. I shall treat it as such.

Great.

So it is increasing the risk of diabetes in people who consume it.

Then charge huge amounts for the insulin.

Profit!
