What would you do first if your ideal lover were to exist into this world from your mind?

Basically what would happen if the girl or guy of your dreams/imagination/mind's thoughts were to suddenly become real and exist in the real world.

Real question is what people are going to do first if it does happen in this figurative scenario.

There are many reasons on what would happen but here's what I think would be the three most common things that would happen:

-Get to know them and grow a loving relationship with each other.
-The person who thought of the ideal lover checking to see if they're not being pranked, set up, hallucinating, dreaming, and high on something.
-Ask if they wanna do it.

This is the internet so I'm not expecting the best answers.
I'm just expecting an answer due to...

I wonder how many such girls can be created and through what process?
I'd have her medically checked out to confirm if she's flesh and blood or a hard-light hologram. Then get her all legalized, immunized, etc and then we can get down to business.
I do fear there might be a way that she goes back into my brain and that would stick with me until I die. And afterwards would she just fade away?
This thought process is too much mysticism and magic. Its a nice idea but this really cannot happen with our current knowledge of physics.

I would enjoy life while she pays my bills and I have fun with other women, without sacrificing anything. If I have to give up even the slightest bit of my freedom, money, or anything else, that's proof enough she's not the right one.

And no, I'm not joking or trolling. I've already turned down what most would consider a 'perfect woman' because she was too demanding.

I'd freak out because she'd pretty much be considered an illegal and there would be no paperwork or ID for her, then if the government found out that she'd just suddenly 'appeared' in our reality, they'd take her away and maybe me too.
