I'd have her medically checked out to confirm if she's flesh and blood or a hard-light hologram. Then get her all legalized, immunized, etc and then we can get down to business.
I do fear there might be a way that she goes back into my brain and that would stick with me until I die. And afterwards would she just fade away?
This thought process is too much mysticism and magic. Its a nice idea but this really cannot happen with our current knowledge of physics.
